I’ve been in need of a new pair of running trainers for a while now, my worn-out Asics were beginning to give me blisters and were in need of replacement, so I was delighted when sportsshoes.com got in touch to offer me a choice of Nike kit to review.
SportsShoes.com are running a Fashionably Fit campaign to encourage women to make the most of the warmer weather and longer daylight hourse to start or improve their fitness routines. SportsShoes believe that rather than worrying too much about dieting, the best solution for body confidence is to don some colourful, high performance kit and go for a run in the sun. I’m all about the bright and bold kit, so this sounded right up my street…
The hardest part was making a choice from the Nike range on the website- there are so many styles and colours to lust after, it took me a while to make a decision. I finally decided to go for the Nike Zoom Structure+. The combination of neon mint and pink really stood out, and I find I prefer a structured style of running shoe so I was keen to give these a try.
The trainers are a great fit, I went for one size up as I usually do with running shoes. I’ve mostly worn them for road running, and found them very comfortable and lightweight with enough support for my feet as I tend to slight over-pronate on my right side. The colours look fab, especially teamed with more bright running kit.
I was sent these trainers for review, but all opinions are my own.
