Monday- Rest

Tuesday- 5 mile run plus physio exercises

Wednesday- 45 minute spinning class at Psycle

Thursday- 60 minute vinyasa flow yoga class at Sweaty Betty

Friday- Rest

Saturday- 10k run

Sunday- 45 minute Ballet Bootcamp class at Sweaty Betty, plus 5k run and physio exercises


With only a week until my half-marathon, I am starting to taper off my runs and so just did a 10k run on Saturday. It felt strange to only run 10k after running 10-13 miles every weekend since Christmas! My legs have felt strong this week, and I’ve had no knee pain so I can put that down to the physio exercises I’ve been doing.

Now just to try and take it easy for the next week, with just a few short runs before the big day!
