Weekly Re-Cap 7

Very behind on my blogging at the moment, thanks to a busy few weeks! This is how my week looked (9th-15th Dec):

Monday- Rest (ill)

Tuesday- Rest (ill)

Wednesday- 40 minute swimming lesson

Thursday- 5 mile run

Friday- 90 minute Bikram Yoga class

Saturday- Nativity 10k Run

Sunday- Rest


I started the week off full of a cold, so took Monday and Tuesday off to rest and recover.

Wednesday was my last swimming lesson until mid-January, so we had a bit of a fun lesson with team races and relays. My team won (narrowly) and we were rewarded with some chocolates!

I’ve been practising Bikram Yoga once a week again since renewing my class pass, and Friday’s session really helped to clear my cold ahead of the weekend’s 10k race.
