I’ve been having a bit of a spending spree in the sales since Boxing Day, both online and at the shops. I’ve managed to get some great bits which I’ve had my eye on for a while…
This Sweaty Betty long-sleeve running top is lovely and warm, with thumb-holes and bright contrast panels. It was £42 reduced from £60, then I got a further 10% off, plus I used a £25 gift voucher meaning I only had £12.80 to pay. Sweet.

Another Sweaty Betty purchase, this double-layered running vest fits me nicely and has a hidden pocket for iPods. I think I’ll save this until the weather gets a little warmer! £35 reduced from £55.

I also picked up these fab printed leggings, which are reversible and perfect for Bikram Yoga. £39 reduced from £56.

I also treated myself to a new pair of running trainers, these Asics were £54.99 reduced from £102.99 on Sports Shoes.com

I swear by these sports bras from Marks and Spencer for comfort, support and no-chafing. I replaced my old bra with a new one which was £13 reduced from £22.

I also picked up some new running socks from Karrimor at Sports Direct, these were £4 for two pairs.

This book was not a sale purchase, but something I had been wanting to read for a while, so I bought it on Boxing Day and have almost finished it already!

Finally, another purchase which was not on sale, but something I have been wanting to try- Natural Hero Hot Ginger Muscle Rub. Looking forward to soothing aching muscles with this!

I think I’m sorted for running and yoga kit now, and need to stop spending!
I’m off for a short break in Rye, East Sussex for New Year and have a few runs planned for our time there, so I’m looking forward to wearing some of my new kit.
